Global Conveyor Belt

I was doing my homework bout deep see current when suddenly it came to “Global Conveyor Belt”, have you heard about it? It’s the worldwide water mass movement that play very important role in the earth’s climate.

Researcher says that there are possibilities of shutdown or slowdown of this belt as a result of global warming. "The effects of this shutdown will include cooling of Europe, warming or rainfall changes in the tropics or Alaska and Antarctica (including those from intensified El Niño effect), more frequent and intense El Niño events, or an oceanic anoxic event (oxygen (O2) below surface levels of the stagnant oceans becomes completely depleted — a probable cause of past mass extinction events)" (yes, please… check Wikipedia I copied from it).

My question was, “Why they always say warm water mass that moves to polar region starts at Atlantic? Heei… What about Pacific?” (Embeeeeeeeer, it has nothing to do with global warming). And so I tried to make a model of that stupidity possibility…

Holla!! Warm water from Equator will move in Pacific to the north and sinks, going down way long passing through New Zealand, turn left to Indian Ocean and go up creating A Massive Single Upwelling, half passes South East Asia back to North Pacific and sink. The rest will continue their journey through South Africa to Atlantic becoming the Gulf stream, warm up Western Europe, and then sink and move to the far south and bend to meet the deep current from Pacific.

Shibarashiiiiiiii…

But wait this is wrong.

North Pacific is not that cold, so the water won’t sink that much. Also there is Coriolis Effects and everything, warm water passing Indonesia in the wrong direction. And one single Upwelling is Crazy!
Oke, I need more reference. It’s gotta be like this…

But I think the warm water that goes to Antarctic should go down as well…

Why is this thing getting so complicated??
I can’t imagine if global warming really made it.
Oh wait…
Yes I can…
It's gonna be totally awful like this…

ITS OK.. still have weekend for the homework…
...
...
Hey... This topic is very interesting, eh...
I should put it in my comics.

Draw...
Draw...
Draw...

Now that I made it into comic, I really2 wasted my whole weekend time.

And homework still undone! Crap!
